How do we encourage reflection?
You can’t quit dopamine. It’s how wanting works, and it isn’t the enemy. But every feed, every autoplay, every red badge is built to pull on it, all day, on purpose. So: resist. Not quit. Not surrender. Push back a little, every day, and take back some time to think.
A detox ends. Resistance doesn’t.
